Margherita, Princess of Vidin (born Princess Margherita of Parma on 13 October 1972) is a member of the Bulgarian Royal Family as the daughter-in-law of Simeon II, Tsar of Bulgaria. He is also a member of the Parmense Ducal Family as the sister of Carlo V, Duke of Parma.

Life

Margherita was born the second child and elder daughter of Duke Carlo IV of Parma and Princess Irene of the Netherlands.

Marriage and Issue

On 7 July 1994, Margherita married Konstantin Assen, Prince of Vidin in Parma. The couple have two children, Umberto and Sofia.
