On 29 April 2003, Alexandra married '''Philipp, Hereditary Count of Schenck-Stauffenberg''' in Luxembourg. On 8 June 2024, Alexandra gave birth to the first child, '''Victoria'''. On 14 May 2025, it was announced that the couple were expecting their second child. On 17 October 2025, Alexandra gave birth to a son, '''Heinrich'''.
