Konrad is unmarried and has no legitimate issue. His heiress presumptive is his elder sister, '''[[Princess Eleonore of Saxe-Meiningen|Princess Eleonore]]''', who is also without issue. It is presumed that Eleonore will be followed by her younger sister, '''[[Almut, Baroness Braunschweig]]''', and his descendants.
