Friedrich Ferdinand II, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein (born Friedrich Ferdinand, Hereditary Duke of Schleswig-Holstein on 19 July 1985) is the current reigning Duke of Schleswig-Holstein.

Life

Friedrich Ferdinand was born the second child and eldest son of Duke Christoph of Schleswig-Holstein and Princess Elisabeth of Lippe-Weissenfeld.

Marriage and Issue

On 22 March 2017, Friedrich Ferdinand married Countess Alexandra of Stromberg in Guby. The couple have one daughter, Augusta Amalia.
