Prince Manuel of Brazil (born 17 June 1949) is a member of the Brazilian Imperial Family as the brother of Pedro V, Emperor of Brazil.

Manuel was born the fourth child and third son of Emperor Pedro IV of Brazil and Princess Maria de la Esperanza of the Two Sicilies.

On 12 December 1977, Manuel married Princess Irene of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. They couple have two children, Luisa and Manuel.
