Prince Beltran of Turnovo (born 23 March 1999) is a member of the Bulgarian Royal Family as the grandson of Simeon II, Tsar of Bulgaria.

Beltran was born the second child and younger son of Kardam, Prince of Turnovo and Archduchess Viridis of Austria.
