Lorenz, Duke of Modena (born Lorenz, Hereditary Duke of Modena on 16 December 1955) is the current reigning Duke of Modena.

Life

Lorenz was born the second child and eldest son of Duke Robert of Modena and Princess Margherita of Aosta.

Lorenz succeeded to the throne of Modena upon his father's death in 1996.

Marriage and Issue

On 22 September 1984, Lorenz married Princess Astrid of Belgium in Modena. The couple have five children, Amedeo, Maria Laura, Joachim, Luisa Maria, and Laetitia Maria.
