Andreas, Baron Maltzahn (born Andreas von Maltzahn on 22 November 1964) is a member of the Mecklenburg nobility as the current Baron Maltzahn. He is also a member of the Bavarian Royal Family as the nephew-in-law of Franz, King of Bavaria.
Life[edit | edit source]
Andreas was born the only child of Baron Falk Eberhard Maltzahn and Siegrid von Wietersheim-Kramsta.
He succeeded his father as baron upon his death in 2005.
Marriage and Issue[edit | edit source]
On 8 September 2007, Andreas married Princess Maria Anna of Bavaria. The couple have two sons, Johannes and Heinrich.
