==Marriage and Issue==
On 6 April 2020, Ferdinand's engagement to '''Princess Mafalda Cecilia of Preslav''' was announced. The couple were married in Vienna on 31 January 2021.

Ferdinand and Mafalda-Cecilia welcomed their first child, '''Regina''', in 2021. Their second daughter, '''Zita''', was born in 2024. On 4 November 2025, it was announced that the couple are expecting their third child.
