==Life==
Marie Caroline was born the second child of '''Max, Crown Prince of Bavaria''' and '''Countess Elisabeth Douglas'''.

In 2023, Bavarian succession law was changed to allow for female succession. Shortly after, Marie Caroline's sister, '''[[Sophie, Hereditary Princess of Liechtenstein]]''', renounced succession rights for herself and her descendants in favor of her. Later that month, the Wurttemberg court announced that Marie Caroline and her family would move to Bavaria to support King Franz and Crown Prince Max.

In 2024, upon their move to Bavaria, King Franz bestowed the title of Prince/Princess of Bavaria on her husband, Albrecht, and their children.
