Sigismund, Grand Duke of Tuscany (born Archduke Sigismund of Tuscany on 21 April 1966) is the current reigning Grand Duke of Tuscany. He is also a member of the Sicilian Royal Family as the brother-in-law of Pietro, King of the Two Sicilies.
Life[edit | edit source]
Sigismund was born the elder son of Grand Duke Leopold Franz of Tuscany and Princess Laetitia d'Arenberg.
Sigismund succeeded his father as Grand Duke upon his abdication in 1993.
Marriage and Issue[edit | edit source]
On 11 September 1999, Sigismund married Princess Victoria of the Two Sicilies in Florence. The couple have three children, Leopold, Tatiana, and Maximilian.
