Marianne was born the third child and only daughter of King Bernhard of the Netherlands and Princess Beatrice Maria of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.
Marriage and Issue[edit | edit source]
On 24 September 2021, Marianne married George Mikhailovich, Tsarevich of Russia in Saint Petersburg, She converted to Orthodoxy prior to the marriage and took the name Maria Borisovna. George and Maria have two sons, Alexander and Dimitri. On 15 November 2025, it was announced that Olga was pregnant with their third child. On 22 May 2026, the couple welcomed a daughter, Kira.
