Maria Borisovna, Tsarevna of Russia (born Princess Marianne of the Netherlands on 1 June 1986) is a member of the Russian Imperial Family as the daughter-in-law of Maria II, Empress of Russia.

Life

Marianne was born the third child and only daughter of King Bernhard of the Netherlands and Princess Beatrice Maria of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.

Marriage and Issue

On 24 September 2021, Marianne married George Mikhailovich, Tsarevich of Russia in Saint Petersburg, She converted to Orthodoxy prior to the marriage and took the name Maria Borisovna. George and Maria have two sons, Alexander and Dimitri.
