She was Queen consort of Norway from 1991 to 2025. She is also a member of the Swedish Royal Family as the sister of Carl XVI Gustaf, King of Sweden.
Life
Christina was born the fourth child and youngest daughter of Prince Gustaf Adolf of Sweden and Princess Sibylla of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha.
From her marriage in 1968, Christina served as First Lady of the Norwegian Court for her widowed father-in-law, Olav V.
Marriage and Issue
On 29 August 1968 in Oslo, Christina married Harald, Crown Prince of Norway. Harald and Christina had five children, Martha Louise, Haakon, Gustaf, Oscar, and Victor.
Christina was widowed in 2025.
