Queen Margarita of Bulgaria (born Dona Margarita Gomez-Acebo y Cejuela on 6 January 1935) is a member of the Bulgarian Royal Family as the wife and consort of Simeon II, Tsar of Bulgaria.
Life
Margarita was born the second child and only daughter of Don Manuel Gomez-Acebo y Modet and Mercedes Cejuela y Fernandez. Margarita's parents were executed by Spanish revolutionaries in 1936. Margarita and her brother thus spent their childhood under the care of various relatives and friends of their parents.
Marriage and Issue
On 21 January 1962, Married married Simeon II, Tsar of Bulgaria. Simeon and Margarita have five children, Kardam, Kyril, Kubrat, Konstantin Assen, and Kalina.
