Princess Amalia of Romania (born Grand Duchess Amalia Nikolaevna of Russia on 3 March 2017) is a member of the Romanian Royal Family as the granddaughter of Margareta, Queen of Romania. She is also a member of the Russian Imperial Family as the granddaughter of Maria II, Empress of Russia.
Life
Amalia was born the second child and only daughter of Grand Duke Nicholas Mikhailovich of Russia and Anne, Crown Princess of Romania.
Amalia was made a Princess of Romania upon the ascension of her grandmother to the Romanian throne.
