Prince Balthazar of Waldburg and Zeil-Trauchburg (born 7 January 2024) is a member of the Wurttemberg nobility as the grandson of Erich, Prince of Waldburg and Zeil-Trauchburg. He is also a member of the Luxembourg Grand Ducal Family as the grandson of Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg.

Balthazar was born the third child and second son of Prince Felix of Luxembourg and Marie Therese, Hereditary Princess of Waldburg and Zeil-Trauchburg.
