Maria Teresa, Grand Duchess of Luxembourg (born Infanta Maria Teresa of Spain on 15 October 1957) is a member of the Luxembourg Grand Ducal Family as the current Grand Duchess consort. She is also a member of the extended Spanish Royal Family as the aunt of Juan II, King of Spain.

Maria Teresa was born the second child and eldest daughter of King Juan Carlos of Spain and Princess Sophia of Greece.
She is the twin sister of King Francisco of Spain.
Maria Teresa became Grand Duchess upon the ascension of her husband in 2000.
Marriage and Issue[edit | edit source]
On 14 February 1981, Maria Teresa married Henri, Hereditary Grand Duchess of Luxembourg in Luxembourg. Henri and Maria Teresa have five children, Guillaume, Felix, Louis, Alexandra, and Sebastien.
